Oooh, the yarn I died is beautiful. But, I'm now wondering whether or not I'll be able to actually knit with it, because when you touch it, all the dye come off on your hands. And, when it get's wet, the dye literally drips off. It goes right back to it's natural colour (Baby Blue). So..Yes. I think I should've vinaegared it. Might have to wash it off and do it again with the vinegar. Oh well. I will take picutes, though, before I do that. Did I tell you, that the reason the camera was removed from my posession (without asking me first, or letting me know or anything..Not that it's actually my camera, but still...) was because Auntie G was going on holidays and needed it. Fair enough. Brother M's camera has died. I think it just needs more batteries. But honestly, I used up almost a whole set of four batteries in abouthalf an hour. It just mows throw them! And, it takes up mass battery power to transfer the pics from the cam to the comp. Sad. It just dies. I've made a discovery! I am very proud. I had seen this shop, "The Needle Nook" as a supplier on the Patons/Cleckheaton/Panda sites, but never really thought much of it. But, I came across the website, I think from a link that another Adelaidean-Knitter gave me. But, they're proces for the yarns that I can afford are great. I wouldn't know if the higher class brands prices are good or not, because I don't buy them, so I don't know prices. But, I do know Cleckheaton and Patons prices. And these are fairly good. Not as good as Spotlight, but only just off. So, I will try to get up there next time I need new supplies. I would rather support smaller businesses than something like Spotlight. Thgouh, I have applied for a job there now. If I get hired, I'd better be getting discounts, eh?!
