My new guitar!...Well, it's new to me, anyway...My muso cousin didn't want it anymore, and when Mum and B went over to Melbourne while I was with Dad, he gave it to them to give to me! I love it!...
But...We have to take it down to the city to get it fixed, because the bit where you plug in the lead (on the guitar) is mangled and wont work...Well, not properly, anways. I tried four leads!
Still haven't bought Rogue yet! Am waiting, waiting, waiting. B is the only one with a PayPal Account, and he's been at work whenever I remember or am on the computer. He should be home soon...I think.
I hope...
I swatched for Rogue, and though the fabric is pretty Flimsly, I'll wait till I start on the cable swatches before I decide to change yarns.
Well...I think that's about it, other than I've started on my first ever French Knot Garden. It's just lots of French Knots on Calico in different colours and stuff to make it look like a fluffy garden. My Nanna gave me a book with lots of "patterns" I spose, for French Knot Gardens. And, seeing as I couldn't find a gift for her when we went shopping, I decided I'd make her one! I think she likes that I like crafty stuff, you know? She's got few other people to share her passion with, because all her friends are mostly the outback 4WD type!
Oooh, and Erica sent me a little demo-ish CD of her and her band, Eon Automatic..I feel they deserve a mention, because they rock! I'm normally not into the more mellowish music, but lately I've been getting into it. So, this is great! You can download some songs from Erica's Blog and the Eon website, so...Go check it out, the music is great! So, thanks Erica, love the music, keep doing what you love!
