You appear to be a Knitting Adventurer. You are through those knitting growing pains and feeling more adventurous. You can follow a standard pattern if it's not too complicated and know where to go to get help. Maybe you've started to experiment with different fibers and you might be eyeing a book with a cool technique you've never tried. Perhaps you prefer to stick to other people's patterns but you are trying to challenge yourself more. Regardless of your preference, you are continually trying to grow as a knitter, and as well you should since your non-knitting friends are probably dropping some serious hints, these days. http://marniemaclean.com
Oh my God I am peeling! I got sunburnt, alot...And am now peeling. I've never, ever peeled in my life...from sunburn, anyways. Ever. This is very new and...ughy. I don't like it! Did I tell you the good news? I bought Rogue!! Weee! But, you know how I was going to use the Naturelle 8/8 from Elann? The stuff that Dad brought down for me? Well, The only way to get gauge on that was to use 5.5 mm needles, which made the fabrics pretty flimsy and all. Good for a nice, light jacket, but not something like Rogue...So, either I'm going to have tp buy some other yarn, which I would rather not. Or, I can try to work out how to do it all with the other gauge. I mean, that's how I did my Shapely Tank (shit, I'd better get around to finishing that, eh?)...So you'd think I'd be able to. I hope I can!
